Responsibilities & Duties:

·      Head of Insurance Department managing all General Insurance, SOCSO, TWPA & FWCS insurance claims and supervising general clerks ;

·     In charge of general office utility maintenance such as air-con, lighting, photocopier, fax machine and the like (at ground floor);

·     Renewal of Motor Vehicle Road Tax and Transfer of Vehicle Ownership and etc.

          Responsibilities & Duties:

• To conduct fire survey and assess risk exposure for referral submission

• To prepare quotation letters to agents and corporate clients, and close the sales for agents whenever possible

• To develop more business and increase in profitability to add values to shareholders

• To utilise the skills to stimulate the growth of gross premiums production up to RM5 million (individual target)

• To train new agents to use Agent Web Portal (AWP) for ecover notes issuance, renewal and the like

• To handle renewal reviews and distribution of renewal notices and monitor the renewals

• To collect outstanding premiums and attend to the needs of the agency force regardless of big or small

Job Achievements

Achieved the allocated premiums production target for 5 consecutive years from financial years 2001 to 2005 with growth rate of 15-30% per annum. Last premium production generated from the agencies is around RM4 million.
